Set the UAE VAT rate as your default in the Back Office so every sale, receipt, invoice and statement uses it.
Payment methods
Cash, card, split, deposits, On Account and refunds are built in. Card payments in person and online through PalletPOS Payments, routed through the right provider for your country. Card rates are confirmed at setup.

Are prices shown in dirhams?
Yes. Prices on this page are shown in UAE dirhams (AED) + VAT. You can switch billing currency on the main pricing page.
Is PalletPOS ready for UAE VAT?
Yes. Prices exclude VAT, and UAE VAT is added to your invoice. VAT defaults are configurable in the Back Office and apply across sales, receipts, invoices and statements.
Can I take orders over WhatsApp?
Yes. Wholesale includes 300 WhatsApp orders a month and Complete includes 500. Starter and Retail can add it.
What card rates apply in the UAE?
Card rates are confirmed at setup. Contact us for current UAE rates.
