Example: a restaurant collecting its weekly order
A restaurant owner with a trade account comes to the counter for their usual order. The cashier selects their account and the till switches to their tier prices, with case pricing on the bulk lines. The order goes On Account, and the till shows their balance and remaining credit before the sale is confirmed. At the end of the week their statement already includes the sale. Nobody re-keys anything into a spreadsheet.
