The PalletPOS ecommerce website is a customer-facing online store connected to your PalletPOS account. You don't build a second catalogue or copy products into a separate web shop.
Card payments at checkout
Customers pay by card through PalletPOS Payments, and each payment is matched to its order. Payment-processing charges apply.
Orders in one place
Online orders land in PalletPOS alongside counter sales, and alongside WhatsApp and phone orders if you use those add-ons.
Your name on the address
Your store runs at yourname.palletpos.com. From Retail, you can run it on a domain you own, set up with our help.

Is the ecommerce website really free?
Yes. The ecommerce website is included in every plan, including Starter at £0 a month + VAT. Starter has a one-off activation fee of £10 + VAT per location, and payment-processing charges apply to card payments.
What address does my store use?
On Starter, your store runs at yourname.palletpos.com, with your business name. On Retail, Wholesale and Complete you can run it on a domain you own, such as shop.yourcompany.com, set up with our help.
Is a custom domain included in Starter?
No. Starter uses a yourname.palletpos.com address, and a custom domain is included from the Retail plan. Starter does not include registering a domain.
Where do the products and prices come from?
From your PalletPOS catalogue: the same products and prices your till uses, managed in the Back Office. There is one set of products to maintain, not a second copy for the website.
How do customers pay online?
By card at checkout, through PalletPOS Payments. Each payment is matched to its order. Payment-processing charges apply, and card rates are confirmed at setup.
Where do online orders go?
Into PalletPOS, alongside your counter sales and any WhatsApp or phone orders, so your team works from one list.
Can trade customers order online?
Yes. On Wholesale and Complete, your store can act as an ordering portal for your trade customers, so they place orders there instead of sending messages. See online store and domains.
Do I need a website already?
No. Your PalletPOS store is ready to use at yourname.palletpos.com. If you already have a website, you can link to your store from it.
