Every way your customers pay, in one ledger.

PalletPOS Payments is built into the till and your online store. Every payment is matched to its sale, so the bill and the money always agree. Payments are routed through the right payment provider for your country, and you only ever deal with PalletPOS.

Payments built in

Cash, card and split

Take cash, card, or a mix of both on the same sale.

Deposits and part payments

Take a deposit now and the balance later, recorded against the sale.

On Account

Let approved trade customers pay on account, within their credit limit.

Refunds and disputes

Refunds and disputes are recorded in the payment ledger, next to the sales they relate to.

Settlements and payouts

See settlements and payouts alongside the sales they relate to.

Safe by design

Append-only ledger, duplicate-payment protection, and Pallet never handles raw card data.

In person and online

Take card payments at the till, and let customers pay by card when they order from your online store. Payments sit next to the sales they belong to in your reports.

Card rates

Card rates are confirmed at setup. Contact us for the rates in your country.

Your customers pay your business through PalletPOS Payments. Your PalletPOS plan is a separate subscription.

Example: a split payment and a refund

A customer's total is 85.00. They pay 20.00 in cash and 65.00 by card. The till won't complete the sale until both parts add up to the total. A week later they return one item. The refund is added to the ledger, and the Back Office shows the sale, both tenders and the refund in order. Nothing is edited or deleted, so the trail stays complete.
